If your collection day falls on or after one of the holidays listed above, your service will be delayed one day for that week. If the major holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday we will not be delayed as our routes do not run on the weekends.

Bulky Item Pickup
As part of your monthly service fee each customer is entitled to disposal of two (2) bulky items per month at no additional charge. Please call us to schedule the pickup, as certain items (such as tires) MUST be collected separately. You may put your bulky item(s) out for pickup at the curb for collection with your household trash on its regularly scheduled pickup day, unless instructed otherwise.
Accepted Bulky Items
Washing machines, clothes dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stove, microwave ovens, and other appliances; bicycles, furniture, waste tires off the rim, less than 16” in diameter (limit 8 free tires per year) and other items, not included in the above, that are too large or too heavy to be placed inside a trash bag.
Non-accepted Bulky Items
Yard waste (i.e. grass, sticks, plants, and trees), automotive parts, hazardous waste, construction debris and remodeling debris (i.e. shingles, drywall, bathtubs, siding, lumber)
We can remove empty paint containers from your location with normal pickup. To properly dispose of paint cans, they must be completely harden within the can, lid must be off, and set beside regular garbage pick-up. Please call at least one day prior to your pickup day so we can make note for the collection crews that you have taken necessary steps to empty/harden the paint within the can, so they know it is safe to pick up.
*E-waste items which include home computers, computer monitors, laptops, tablets, and/or anything with a screen measuring more than 4” diagonally can be disposed of at an additional cost. Please call our office to schedule.
Items containing freon such as air conditioning units, refrigerators and dehumidifiers, can be picked up at an additional cost. You must call to schedule and pay for the service prior to pick up. Refrigerators must be completely empty, and the door must be able to open. Even if the freon is drained from these items there will still be a cost associated with picking them up.
For questions about how to dispose of items not accepted for bulky pickup, please call us at (304) 724-1834.
